Learning about pain, how it works, why it becomes chronic/persistent is one of the BEST ways to live better. But it takes a bit of work and the ability to look at the bigger picture of what is going on.

Everyone is different, pain is complex. That is why I offer different options to work with me. Time, finances, level of commitment... all play a part in finding your best path forward.

One thing that you have to do is learn. Not an easy thing when you are overwhelmed with pain sensations daily. Guidance helps.
