As soon as you complete your registration, you'll receive your welcome email that has the schedule laid out, some reading material (not too much, I promise!), as well as the information to download and use the GoGet.Fit app.
Each day starting on Monday May 29th, for 5 days, you'll receive a 20 min video each morning with a little bit of information and we'll work through an exercise together. You'll need space on the floor and 2 bath towels.
On the Tuesday & Thursday at 5pm MDT, we'll meet up for a live chat on Zoom.

There are 2 requirements for this challenge:
1. You can commit a minimum of 30 minutes each day to watching the 20 min video for the daily exercise and 10 minutes each day to working on course material (writing challenge or movement challenge).
2. You've been experiencing back pain for longer than 6 months.
