Through the 5 days, you will learn skills to help you with your pain. In understanding how pain happens in our bodies, you'll start to recognize triggers and have the skills to manage them with confidence.

As soon as you complete your registration, you'll receive your welcome email and some reading material (not too much, I promise!).
Each day for 5 days, you'll receive a 20 min video each morning with a little bit of information and we'll work through an exercise together. You'll need space on the floor and 2 bath towels.
I am super excited to share this mini workshop with you, I've been working on this for awhile and it is part of my plan to make pain management more accessible to all.
NOTE: While this program was originally for back pain, this 5 day program is an amazing starting point for ANY persistent pain or chronic illness (not that I am biased).

There are 2 requirements for this challenge:
1. You can commit a minimum of 30 minutes each day to watching the 20 min video for the daily exercise and 10 minutes each day to working on course material (writing challenge or movement challenge).
2. You've been experiencing persistent pain for longer than 3 months.
