What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is the newest registered healthcare profession.
A Kinesiologist studies human movement and can cover several fields of study including, but certainly not limited to, physiology, biomechanics, psychology, sociology.
We look at the big picture in terms of promoting health and well-being, preventing and rehabilitating injuries, treating illness and chronic disease & pain, and more.
