Service Description

We've lost our fun carefree days... all at a time when we have been learning that play is a foundational aspect of creativity and mental health. Find your inner child and bring them for some movement fun in the playgrounds around Lakeview! Learn practical human movement skills like jumping, climbing, crawling, throwing, catching, and more! Class will run on Tuesday for one hour on Apr. 30th @ 6:30pm at the playground of Connect Charter School, 34 St & 58 Ave SW. This is not bootcamp. This is a movement class that is open to all abilities. Nagging injuries? Persistent pain? Feel silly jumping around on playground equipment? Modifications will be made, challenges will be offered. Don't miss out on this fun chance to move, play, and learn!

Cancellation Policy

No charge cancellation is available up to 4 hours prior to appointment. Please note, if there are several early cancels in a row, we'll have to have a discussion if we are the best fit for each other. *3 days cancellation required for a class series.
