This online course will introduce the basics of how the nervous system protects us from danger and how it can sometimes be too protective. Included in this course is a short informational e-book and 7 videos that will take you through 6 Critical Alignment Therapy exercises.


You will learn to recognize the triggers in your daily life that cause increases in pain levels and use effective mind/body techniques to manage your pain much more effectively.
