Chronic pain is exhausting. If you've been chasing that one thing that will fix your pain or nagging injury, there may be more to it than just a muscle or bone issue. Let's look at the big picture of pain, learn some of the latest research (in a fun, easy way), and build you a movement rehab plan to get you back to doing the things that you love. Working through this program will require you to commit to 30 min/day. This can be spread out over the day, but it requires work and effort on your part. This work can be laying down and breathing, doing some journaling, and adding movement snacks into your day; it all depends what your goals are. At the end of 6 weeks, you'll be able to manage your pain levels in a healthier way and continue to work toward your goals of living your life. Upon registration you'll be sent a Self Assessment plan and after completing this you will book a 45 minute session with Amber. You'll talk about your experience so far, goals, what has helped, what hasn't helped and you'll be set up with a personalized movement rehab program just for you. We'll also schedule 4 more 30 minute sessions through the following 7 weeks to chat, help answer questions, and tweak anything in your movement rehab program.
