Service Description
You know building strength is good for you. But where to start? Interested in a semi-private class to help you with your cranky body parts? Join Amber on Mondays at 9:15am for a 60 minute class in her home studio. This strength training class will be designed for the specific cranky body parts & nagging injuries to help those attending. There is space for 3, register for the classes that fit your schedule and your needs. Booking will open up during the last week of the month for the upcoming month. If a class isn't listed, it is full or not running due to scheduling. Nov. 24th to Dec. 15th
