Service Description

Discover a new approach to tackling back pain, cranky body parts, nagging injuries, and chronic illness with Critical Movement YYC. This 6 week class blends yoga therapy, natural movement fitness, and pain science for a comprehensive approach to managing and reducing back pain. Take the first step in taking back control of your health and start feeling better! Class runs on Tuesdays at 9:30-10:30am starting on Oct. 3rd running through to Nov. 7th. Note: There is a staircase to access the home studio space.

Cancellation Policy

No charge cancellation is available up to 6 hours prior to appointment. Please note, if there are several early cancels in a row, we'll have to have a discussion if we are the best fit for each other. *3 days cancellation required for a class series.
