Exhausted? Feeling overloaded? Dealing with cranky body parts? Join Amber to practice and learn tools and movements that will help you find the energy to build your life the way you want. This class is ideal for beginners, those with back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain... any fatigue and body discomfort. We'll use yoga therapy and natural movement to release tension, find safe movement, and learn about taking control of our pain. This isn't your typical yoga class, or movement class. We'll be looking at the big picture of painful sensations & fatigue. Plan to lay down, breathe, gently move your body, and learn the best ways, based on science & research, to build your path back to wellness. You will need a Critical Alignment Black Strip ($45 through Amber, delivered at the first class), yoga mat, and a bath towel (or CAT felt pad) for each class. Registration includes the online Calming Your Nervous System course. $89 value. Class will run on Thursdays at North Glenmore Park Community Association at 9:30am from March 28th to June 2nd.
